Lidiia

Lydia is our stretching instructor and one of the reasons why Secret Sculpt Studio was created. Her journey in sports commenced through rhythmic gymnastics, a path that eventually led her to become an integral part of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine. While her roots are anchored in Odessa with a flourishing stretching studio, the ones of war compelled her to leave her homeland. For the past two years, she has been teaching stretching classes in Sofia. Lydia’s methodology transcends mere exercise; it embodies a holistic fusion of physical well-being and flexibility routines, fostering a profound connection with our bodies. Her meticulously curated training regime transcends the boundaries of mere fitness, extending its embrace to elevate emotional equilibrium, induce relaxation, and awaken a heightened awareness of the body’s innate rhythm. Her approach transcends physical betterment, delving into a profound connection with one’s own body. Infusing positivity into her sessions stands as a cornerstone, as she extend to each client the embrace of love and warmth.

"We believe that true well-being is achieved through a holistic approach that harmonises the body, mind, and spirit. Our guiding philosophy centres on the principle that each individual possesses the innate capacity to tap into their own inner strength, grace, and serenity. Through the artful integration of movement, breath, and mindfulness, we aim to empower our community to lead lives that radiate with vitality and joy"

Natali

Natali is one of our mat Pilates instructors. Her journey intertwined with dance from an early age. Starting at 7, she embraced dance as a constant companion, eventually graduating from the prestigious National School of Dance Art with a specialization in classical ballet. Transitioning into the realm of physical fitness, Natali delved into competitive bodybuilding with the International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation.
Her exploration of Pilates took her to various studios, where she discovered a profound connection between this practice and her classical ballet roots. Recognizing the transformative impact and complexity of Pilates, Natali made a conscious decision a year ago to integrate it more deeply into her daily routine, assuming the role of a Pilates instructor.
For Natali, Pilates is more than just a form of exercise; it’s a transformative journey for both the spirit and the body. She firmly believes that its influence extends beyond the physical realm, touching the core of one’s being.

Alexandra

Alexandra is our stretching instructor, presenting her own unique class called Body Act Work. This is a method of movement that focuses on the whole body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through smooth, fluid and dynamic movements. The focus is on movement and mobility of the entire spine to create a sense of levity in the body.

Ioanna

Ioanna’s journey began with rhythmic gymnastics, instilling in her a strong foundation of sportsmanship and discipline. Transitioning to modern ballet and later embracing yoga, she became a CYT Yoga200 graduate in 2019, delving even deeper by specializing in children’s yoga. Discovering the transformative power of Pilates alongside Yoga, she found the perfect match for her body’s needs. Fully immersed in Pilates for a year now, she attests to feeling physically invigorated like never before. To Joanna, Pilates transcends mere physical exercise; it serves as a holistic therapy for the mind, body, and spirit. The intricate blend of strength, endurance, and flexibility exercises in Pilates not only sculpts the body but also nurtures posture and overall well-being, making it a vital component of her wellness journey.
